Crafted from a harmonious blend of Samidori, Okumidori, Yabukita and Goko. this First Harvest Matcha is a true gem for matcha lovers looking for strong and complex umami. Sourced from Uji, Kyoto, Japan, and picked during the prized first flush of spring, only the youngest, most tender leaves are shade-grown and hand-picked to preserve their vibrant color and rich nutrient profile.

With a complex and impactful mouthfeel, it's ideal for matcha lattes or a luxurious daily ritual. 

Instructions: 

Usucha: Whisk 2g of matcha with 100ml of hot water for an usucha

Latte: Whisk 3g of matcha with 30ml of hot water, add 120ml of milk of choice

*Tip: Keep water at 80c or below to avoid burning the matcha, retaining nutrients and flavour
