Sourced from Wazuka and Minamiyamashiro, Kyoto, Japan, and picked during the prized first flush of spring, only the youngest, most tender leaves are shade-grown and stone-ground to preserve their vibrant color and rich nutrient profile.

Instructions: 

Ususcha: Whisk 2g of matcha with 100ml of hot water for an usucha

Latte: Whisk 3g of matcha with 40ml of hot water, add 120ml of milk of choice

*Tip: Keep water at 80c or below to avoid burning the matcha, retaining nutrients and flavour
