Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you are able to change or cancel your order 24 hours prior to your delivery. Do contact us directly via Facebook (@hairycrabathome), Whatsapp (89399502) or email (premiumfoodsg2019@gmail.com). 

​How would I know if my order has been placed?

A confirmation email will be sent to your email address within 24 hours after you have placed an order. 

Which area of Singapore do Hairy Crab at Home deliver to?

We deliver to all locations within Singapore, except Jurong Island.

Which days do you deliver?

Delivery is done daily throughout the season. There are 3 delivery timeslots. 9am - 12pm, 12pm - 3pm and 3pm - 7pm. Do indicate your preferred timing during your order.

What can I do if I have made a mistake on my delivery address?

Contact us directly via Facebook (@hairycrabathome), Whatsapp (89399502) or email (premiumfoodsg2019@gmail.com) and we will amend your delivery address for you.

​What happens if I missed my delivery time slot?

Your delivery will be rescheduled to another delivery date and time.

How long can the Hairy Crabs be kept alive for?

Cover a damp cloth over the crabs after removing them from the packaging and place them in the chiller. Live hairy crabs could be kept alive up to 2 days when properly kept.

Do you accept cash or personal cheques?

Hairy Crab at Home no longer accepts cheques or cash. However you can contact us directly to may a paynow payment.

What to do if the Hairy Crabs are no longer alive when I receive them?

Contact us immediately through Facebook (@hairycrabathome), Whatsapp (89399502) or email (premiumfoodsg2019@gmail.com) within the day of delivery. We will refund the dollar amount pro-rated to the number of dead crabs to you. The money would be transferred directly to your preferred bank account.
